Dear Valued Customer,

We have been involved in the molding rubber business for almost 80 years and have been central to the development of the worldwide jewelry casting industry. It has been a great pleasure to closely work with our wonderful network of customers, many of whom have grown to become friends. You have supported Castaldo over the years and helped drive development of our product range from natural rubbers through to silicone molding rubbers and RTV rubbers and injection waxes.

As of the 31st January 2020 F. E. Knight has sold the Silicone Rubber, RTV Rubber and Wax division of its business to Goodwin Refractory Services Ltd (GRS), based in the United Kingdom. Many of you know this company and the reputation it has for manufacturing, selling and technically supporting its products. I can assure you that you are in good hands as the GRS group has been manufacturing high quality silicone molding rubber for the Jewelry industry for over 10 years.

F. E. Knight will continue to operate, manufacture and sell our long-standing range of high quality natural rubber products and associated consumables as normal. GRS has purchased the Castaldo trade name and trademarks, the www.castaldo.com website and domain name and associated [email protected] email address. F. E. Knight will as of today have a new website www.knightjewelryproducts.com and email [email protected]. The natural rubber products that you have used over the years will still be manufactured by F. E. Knight and branded Castaldo with the same product names.

Over the next 12 months I will be working with GRS to hand over the Silicone Molding Rubber, RTV Rubber and Injection Wax element of the F. E. Knight business. For the time being F. E. Knight will continue to manufacture all products at our site in Franklin, MA.

As of the 31st January all orders for the retained F. E. Knight products (Natural Rubbers & Consumables) will need to be directed to [email protected]. Our contact telephone numbers will remain the same for this retained product range.

As of the 31st January orders for the GRS acquired products (Silicone Rubbers, RTV Rubbers and Injection Waxes) should be addressed to [email protected] as usual and will be received and responded to by Goodwin Refractory Services Ltd.

NOTICE FOR USA BASED CUSTOMERS: While all USA orders are to be directed to [email protected], for the time being they shall be shipped and invoiced by F.E. Knight.

While we are downsizing, we are certainly not leaving the industry. I very much look forward to continuing to deal with you for natural rubber products & consumables and supporting you in the handover to GRS for the Silicone Rubber, RTV Rubber and Wax products.
